Initial Mentorship Retainer

An initial retainer fee applies upon acceptance of the professional mentorship arrangement.

The retainer is intended to establish the professional working relationship and initiate the mentorship and collaboration process. Where applicable, the retainer may be credited against agreed Music Video Direction services.

Collaboration with an Existing Grammy Member

As part of the proposed mentorship and professional development pathway, Milroy Goes may recommend the artist to collaborate with an existing Grammy Member, where appropriate, with the objective of creating an original song together.

The purpose of the collaboration is to establish a genuine professional relationship between the participating artists and to create meaningful work that contributes to the artist's professional development.

The resulting collaboration may be distributed through Buenos Muzik, subject to the relevant agreements between all participating parties.

• Collaboration fee with the existing Grammy Member: Fee Applies
• The collaboration fee does not include music production, recording, mixing, mastering or other production costs unless specifically agreed.
• The collaboration is intended to establish a genuine professional relationship between the artists.
• Buenos Muzik will receive indefinite digital distribution rights to the resulting collaborative song , subject to the applicable agreement.

Music Video Direction

Milroy Goes may be engaged to direct two (2) music videos as part of the proposed professional collaboration.

The purpose of the visual collaboration is to create professionally directed content while further establishing a genuine working relationship between the artist and director.

Directorial Engagement

• Fee Applies per music video
• Two music videos — Fee Applies

Where applicable, the initial mentorship retainer may be credited against the agreed directorial fee.

The directorial fee covers Direction only.

All additional costs, including production, crew, equipment, locations, travel, accommodation, cinematography, editing, colour grading, visual effects and other production or post-production requirements, will be arranged and funded separately by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional services provided by Milroy Goes or his production team will be subject to a separate agreement and applicable fees.

International Media & Publicity

The collaboration with an existing Grammy Member, together with the professional collaboration involving Milroy Goes, may be presented to international media, subject to editorial interest and acceptance.

Potential opportunities may include coverage or features within Goan, Indian, British and American media, where suitable opportunities arise.

Where media and publicity support forms part of the agreed mentorship relationship, there will be no additional fee for that component.

Professional Fees

The programme involves several professional components. Fees are determined according to the scope of the engagement, collaboration requirements and production arrangements.

In addition, Buenos Muzik will receive indefinite digital distribution rights to the collaborative song created under the applicable collaboration agreement.

One-Year Professional Working Relationship & Grammy Pathway

The proposed professional relationship may be established for a period of one year, during which the parties will work towards developing professional collaborations, industry relationships and the artist's overall professional positioning.

The timeframe for any Grammy membership consideration may vary and is dependent upon the applicable Recording Academy processes, eligibility requirements, review procedures and other factors outside the control of the mentor.

Maintaining genuine and documented professional relationships, professional releases and industry activity is an important part of developing an established artist profile.

Artist Professional Profile

Artists should ideally have a substantial body of previously released music and an established professional presence across relevant platforms.

We will only move forward with the proposed pathway after reviewing and assessing the artist's existing professional profile and determining whether the necessary foundations are sufficiently established.

Following completion and release of the audio collaboration and music videos, Buenos Muzik/Milroy Goes may assist in developing and strengthening the artist's media presence, professional positioning and international publicity profile, where appropriate.

The purpose of the mentorship is to establish a genuine, long-term professional relationship between the artist, mentor and relevant industry professionals.
